My name is George Dykes and I fostered for the Animal Adoption Center in Jackson Hole Wyoming for 6 years, Lander Pet Connection 5 years and the Humane Society. I've fostered 125 abandoned, lost, neglected and abused dogs pictured below as well as dogsit for 30+ friends's dogs. There are so many helpless animals who need love and I want to help the most in need. I spoil my fosters with regular doses of love, play and treats.I make regular outings to dog parks, wilderness areas, rivers, creeks and lakes.
Dogs are kept in a house with a medium sized fenced yard and regular supervision. All fosters are allowed on the furniture and sleep on the bed. I've dealt with a range of difficult scenarios most fosters can't or won't handle. A former Boy Scout and Recon Marine (Special Operations) who served in Desert Storm, I can safely handle/secure larger dogs.
